The other day, a customer who specifically requested me found that his card didn’t go through, so he went to an ATM to withdraw cash… but it seems he never came back.

During that time, I couldn’t accept any other bookings and was unable to work.

If you need to cancel, please let me know rather than simply not returning.

It was a real shock.
The time I had set aside was completely wasted……😖
